Copenhagen K – City Centre

Take a dip in Copenhagen’s pristine harbour or a dive from the 3 or 5 meter platforms. Swim in the 75 meter pool under the watchful eye of municipal bodyguards and hang out with locals on the grassy beach. There is no better place in Copenhagen to have a barbecue. Remember to bring a warm blanket as you'll want to enjoy the sunset.

DRONNING LOUISES BRO (Queen Louise's Bridge)
Designed by the Danish architect Vilhelm Dahlerup and built between 1885 and 1887, Queen Louise's Bridge connects Copenhagen's two urban areas, City and Nørrebro. Featuring spacious sidewalk and bike lanes, the bridge has become a popular hang-out for locals.

CHRISTANIA, Bådsmandsstræde 43, 1407 København K
Christiania, also known as "Freetown Christiania" is a self-proclaimed autonomous neighbourhood of approximately 850 residents.  Founded in 1971, it became famous (or infamous) for its lively cannabis trade tolerated by local authorities until 2004.
It is considered a social experiment by locals thanks to its liberal attitudes towards society's downtrodden, especially addicts, homeless and outcasts. The neighbourhood is currently the subject of ongoing negotiations with Danish authorities over its legal status.
