BELLA CENTER SERVICES
There are a number of practical services that are available to organisers, exhibitors and guests during CIFF. If you have additional needs, you are of course welcome to contact us at any time. We do our best to find a solution to every challenge.
Florist
The florist "Blomsterværkstedet" ["The Flower Workshop"] is located in the shopping centre. They specialise in fairs and conferences and will gladly assist you if you require flowers or plants for your stand or event. The florist also sells flowers to Bella Center visitors.
Cloakroom
There will typically be a cloakroom in the foyer during events; however, the cloakroom might be found in other locations in connection with some events.
Handicap / Wheelchair access
It is possible to borrow a wheelchair during events. Contact the information desk in the foyer. You can learn more about Bella Center's handicap facilities here
Information
The information desk and security desk are located in the foyer. Additional information desks will be set up according to need during events.
Internet / Wifi
Two PCs are available in the foyer for people who wish to check their e-mail or find information on the Internet, a free wifi access is available during all the fair and for the owners of showrooms.
Copying Service
Bella Center's Copying Service is located in the main lobby and can handle both large and small copy jobs in black/white and colour. You can also buy office supplies and send faxes here.
Grocery / Kiosk
The shopping arcade also features a well stocked grocer's shop.
The grocer's shop is open Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10.00 - 16.00. Tuesday/Thursday from 10.00 - 18.00.
Post Office
You will find the post office at the grocer's shop in the shopping arcade.
