with traditional craftmanship with unique touches. They champion locality, quality and responsible
manufacturing that’s made to last, provide functionality as well as showcasing the beauty of everyday
objects.

Their production is with a great care based on the Japanese art of “Mottainai” and the long tradition of
an object left unchanged unnecessary for generations, yet they somehow remain contemporary.

JAPAN CRAFT & SUSTAIN debuts 10 considered brands from Japan that are truly special by virtue of
qualities such as their provenance, skilled heritage craftsmanship and their use of considered low-
impact manufacturing as they operate with a lean flow from design to retails, which comes with a long
history of household name and stories about craftmanship.
