At Copenhagen based PROJECT.AJ117 we combine the best of Scandinavian design traditions and the cool simplicity added some boho spirit with the workmanship of talented craftsmen and great finishings. The brand is founded in 2011 by a bunch of creative people, who wanted to create a "State of Mind" easy wearable brand and by now having approx 400 stockists in Europe and Australia Made in Europe is still a strong part of the brand focusing on slowfashion and responsible, sustainable and eco friendly production methods. The garment dying process, finishing and the casual washing is a strong and fundamental part of our DNA and enjoying the comfort of pre washed garments. Collections are subtile, wearable, transitional and work for every season inspired by vintage items and timeless designs. Core items are our essential collection in organic cotton offering new styles every season together with our bestselling shirts. Colours are soft, natural with a non seasonal look and qualities are natural like organic cotton, modal, silk, tencel among others. We work inspired by the wise words of trend expert Lidewij Edelkoort: “Material innovation is only one stitch in the complex rebirth of fashion. Slowing down, streamlining production and editing collections are the most important guidelines.”
