The product design strives to be educational through play and to encourage every child to be authentic, grow with confidence, and have fun at the same time. A strong code of conduct makes sure to manufacture each product ethically, sustainable and safe, fulfilling the highest European standards. The family-run Indonesian factory operates with high standards of training, wellbeing and respect and provides dependable employment for hundreds of local villagers. The product materials are made from government approved timber from used rubber trees which are replanted. The plywood is FSC certified. The packaging includes recycled cardboard and paper. The last step of the process is rigorously testing to exceed international safety standards. Tender Leaf has been awarded the ICTI Ethical Toy Program seal of approval for the ethical and sustainable supply chain.
