Rolf Ekroth is a Finnish designer who studied social work and became a professional poker player before finding an interest in fashion in his late 20s. He was one of the finalists at the Hyeres Festival in 2016. Prior to this, he won the 2015 Designer’s Nest Award, which showcases and supports innovative Nordic fashion graduates. Ekroth started his own label in 2019.

Ervin Latimer, Creative Director & CEO, Latimmier. Ervin is the founder and creative director of Helsinki-based ready-to-wear label Latimmier. Alongside his multifaceted work in the fields of design and culture in Finland, Latimer also writes and lectures on the intersections of fashion, masculinity, queerness, and anti-racism.

Konrad Olsson is the founder and editor-in-chief of Scandinavian MIND, a magazine and platform covering the intersection of lifestyle and technology. Konrad is one of Scandinavia’s most experienced magazine editors within fashion and design, as well as an established public speaker, moderator, and podcaster. He regularly advises companies and organisations on brand strategy, communication, and digital transformation.

The Transformation Talks will evolve around how to use creativity to address our challenges, and why the Nordics are leading in textile innovation. A keynote called The NXT Sustainable Consumer — how brands can thrive in a time of transition will also be held.
