The last edition of the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF) held in Copenhagen on 5-7 August, has closed its 65th edition, registering significant results.

Buyer attendance grew by double digits compared to last season, with Germany accounting for more than 10% of the total. Alongside this, they registered strong growth from key European markets such as Italy, France, and Spain, as well as an increased presence from the Middle East.

In total, visitors from over 22 countries attended the Copenhagen-based fashion fair, confirming CIFF’s position as Northern Europe’s leading fashion platform.

“This season was our best to date show—both in terms of growth and the quality of international buyers present,” commented Sofie Dolva, CEO, CIFF.

“It is clear that Copenhagen has become an essential destination on the global fashion calendar, and we are proud to be driving this momentum together with our partners and the industry at large,” added Dolva.

This season’s program was packed with highlights. The ongoing collaboration with Copenhagen Fashion Week expanded support for the Newtalent program. They hosted high-profile showcases from G-Star and Diesel and presented a runway show in CIFF Village with CMMN SWDN along with a closing show by Fine Chaos.

“CIFF has always been about creating meaningful connections between brands, buyers, and the wider cultural scene. With this season’s special projects, we are expanding that vision even further. What you see today is just the beginning of a new chapter. Collaboration, growth, and sustainable development must go hand in hand—and that’s the foundation we are building on,” concluded Sofie Dolva.

CIFF is already preparing for its next edition with several new projects underway, including a strengthened collaboration with Copenhagen Fashion Week and Camera Buyer Italia, aimed at bringing even more influential buyers from Italy, France, Spain, and Germany to Copenhagen.
