Pom Pom

We design with great love for small feet, and they deserve a good start in life, so we focus on comfort, functionality, and fine details. Besides comfortable materials and fittings, our designs are guided by “less is more”, as we aim to make timeless footwear inspired by nature’s simple beauty. We mainly use velcro closing to support the child’s growing independence. Because, in Pom Pom shoes, it should be easy and fun for little ones to take their first steps, play, and explore. Our two annual collections feature slippers, prewalkers, shoes, sandals, boots, and wellies in sizes from 19-32. Slippers and wellies are also available in our NOOS programme. We aim to empower children to confidently and comfortably use their feet to explore their surroundings. Our indoor slippers keep the feet warm, and their non-slip rubber soles offer stability. Wet and cold winter weather is no obstacle in our winter boots, lined with insulating fleece or wool, and equipped with a membrane to block wind and water. We choose our materials from professional suppliers, to make safe, quality footwear. Our preferred materials are leather and pigskin that are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This certification entails animal welfare, chemical restrictions, fair working conditions, and transparency in the supply chain. Except for wellies, all our footwear is produced in small factories in South Europe, where shoe craftsmanship has a long tradition and high standards.
