Recommendations and guidlines

Welcome to CIFF

We are incredibly grateful that we can all be here together in Copenhagen again this season. And we promise you a professional and safe environment for your visit.

In line with the Governments recommendations and guidelines, we kindly ask you to note (and follow!) the below:

The Bella Center is a safe environment, and we have the space and the professional personnel to meet any needs and requirements.

Face Masks / Visors will have to be worn by all visitors during their time at the show. Similar to the restrictions imposed in Café’s and Restaurants, masks must be worn whilst walking around, and can be removed whilst seated.

Participants from the brands that will be presenting / selling on the booths do not (under the guidelines) have to wear a Face Mask / Visor (unless moving around from / off the booth).

There is a CoVid Test Centre at Copenhagen Airport that can provide tests if needed – please see links for additional information

General Page about travel rules, with information for travelers coming from outside Denmark, and where you can get tests: https://en.coronasmitte.dk/rules-and-regulations

Here is where you have to sign up in order to order tests. https://covidresults.dk

You will need to show a Corona pass and / or negative test result on entry to CIFF / CIFF Kids.

All participants will be registered at the entrance with the purpose to track possible infection.

There is no advance registration requirement, although you are encouraged to register your participation before your arrival.

Security access controls will be performed at the entrance, including the counting of visitors in compliance with the 4 m2 per guest requirement.

General rules to follow:

We recommend that you...

Cough or sneeze into your sleeve
Proper cough etiquette prevents both droplet and contact spread.
Cough into your sleeve or a disposable tissue. Wash or sanitise your hands afterwards.
If you cough into the palm of your hands, you must wash or sanitise your hands afterwards.

Keep a distance of 2 metres whenever possible and always at least 1 metre.
Avoid handshakes, hugs and kisses on the cheek
Proper hand hygiene is the most effective way to prevent contact spread.
Washing your hands or using and hand sanitiser is equally effective.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home. You should self-isolate and take a PCR test. If your test is positive, you must remain in self-isolation - even if you have been vaccinated.
