Inspired by the outdoors for the urban explorer Ascardi was named after one of the most notoriously dangerous mountains in the Canadian Baffin Range. Mount Asgard has some of the most punishing weather and is also home to one of the greatest cinematic stunts of its time in James Bonds 'The Spy Who Loved Me’ featuring Roger Moore Skiing off the edge of the precipice to reveal the Union Jack parachute. Designed and developed in London - Ascardi pushes innovation and technology alongside style and function. All jackets are windproof and showerproof and are made with both featherweight technical fabrics and a recycled synthetic fill equivalent to a 500-800 fill power from a down jacket 5 times more expensive. The breathability of the fabric and fill combination results in a performance jacket that regulates your body temperature and isolates you from the cold and harsh environments presenting an exceptional warmth to weight ratio. These technical qualities combined with the premium design aesthetic allow Ascardi jackets to thrive in both the harshest weather and the most stylish cities - wherever you are in the world.
