A conversation between Bea Fagerholt and Anne Sophie Münster about seeing maternity leave as an opportunity to think about and create the foundation for a meaningful family and work life where one's values and needs are met. We will talk about why so many choose to change jobs during their maternity leave, about making the decision to quit their permanent job and jump out as an entrepreneur and about going on a trip around the world with the family. We also need to talk about how we as a society create an inclusive maternity culture and what companies can do to retain their maternity employees.
